Get Started with a Free Insurance Claim Review

Whether your property damage claim is newly filed, already in dispute, or has been denied entirely, we start with a free and thorough review. No cost, no obligation. The more documentation you can share upfront, the more useful that initial review will be.

How the Process Works:

From First Contact to Final Settlement

Every client engagement follows the same thorough process. Here is what to expect from the moment you reach out.

Step 1:

Free Policy and Documentation Review

Every new client starts with a comprehensive review of their insurance policy and all existing claim documentation. Upload your documents through the form on this page, or send them by email, whichever is easier. We review the policy, all forms and endorsements, photos of the damage, coverage or denial letters from the insurance company, and any estimates from the insurance company or contractors. These reviews are always free.

Step 2:

Agreement and Retention

Once we have reviewed the documentation and agreed on our fee, you sign a representation agreement. Our fee is a contingency percentage of the recovered claim proceeds, typically 10 to 20 percent, depending on the size and details of your claim. Some states cap public adjuster fees, so state regulations also play a role. One thing that separates us from many other firms: we do take on smaller claims.

Step 3:

Letter of Representation

We send our letter of representation to your insurance company. From that point forward, we take over all correspondence with the carrier, removing that burden from you entirely.

Step 4:

Supplement Submission and Re-Inspection

We submit supplements and supporting documentation to the insurance company. This typically triggers a re-inspection of the loss, and we will often meet their adjuster on site to inspect and discuss the facts of the claim directly.

Step 5:

Negotiation and Resolution

From there, we apply sustained pressure and negotiate with the insurance company to achieve the best possible resolution. This can be a lengthy process, but we stay the course and we do not stop until we have reached an outcome that is adequate and equitable for you.

Step 6:

Settlement and Fee

Our fee is collected from the payments sent by your insurance company. If your claim is not approved and no money is paid, you owe us nothing.

What to Have Ready

The more documentation available at the start, the faster we can move. The following helps us help you:

  • Your insurance policy, or at least the declarations page, policy number, and the name of your carrier
  • A claim number, if one has already been assigned
  • Photos of the damage
  • Any coverage or denial letters from the insurance company
  • Estimates, invoices, or reports from contractors or other vendors
  • Any other correspondence related to the claim

If you do not have all of this yet, reach out anyway. We will tell you what we need.
