How Remote Claims Work
Every remote engagement follows the same process as a local one. It begins with a thorough review of the insurance policy and claim documentation, uploaded through this site or sent by email. Once retained, we send our letter of representation and take over all correspondence with the insurance company. We coordinate local inspection and documentation through our network of trusted contractors and estimators in each state, and we handle negotiations directly until the claim is resolved.
The distance is logistical. The advocacy is the same.
